This study tests three different materials—amniotic membrane, putty mineral trioxide aggregate, and biodentine—to treat deep cavities in children's permanent molars that are still growing. The goal is to help the tooth root finish developing and avoid the need for more complex treatments. The trial involves 75 healthy children aged 7 to 10 and uses clinical exams and 3D X-rays to track success over 12 months.
