Summary
This study tests whether the drug apalutamide can delay prostate-specific antigen (PSA) progression in Chinese men with a type of prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy but hasn't spread. The trial involves 75 participants who receive either apalutamide or a placebo. The main goal is to see how long it takes for PSA levels to rise, which indicates cancer progression.
