Summary
This study tests the drug apalutamide in Chinese men with a type of prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy but hasn't spread. The goal is to see if it can delay a rise in PSA levels, a key sign of cancer progression. Participants will receive either apalutamide or a placebo, and researchers will monitor side effects and PSA response.
