Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called AP-Brain can improve attention and thinking in healthy adults aged 18-39 who feel they have trouble focusing. Participants will take different doses of AP-Brain or a placebo daily for 56 days and complete memory and attention tests. The goal is to see if AP-Brain is safe and effective for easing attention issues.
