Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called AP-472 in 150 people with Parkinson's disease who have 'OFF' episodes—times when their regular medication stops working well. Participants take AP-472 or a placebo alongside their usual levodopa for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if AP-472 increases the time they feel good and can move well without side effects.
