Summary
This study is a registry that collects information on patients who have had aortic valve replacement surgery. It aims to compare the long-term effectiveness and safety of two different valve replacement procedures: traditional open-heart surgery and a less invasive catheter-based approach. The study will track 900 patients to understand outcomes like survival, complications, and quality of life.
