NCT ID NCT03298178
Summary
This study is a registry that tracks 900 patients who have had one of two procedures to replace a narrowed aortic heart valve. It aims to compare the long-term safety and effectiveness of traditional open-heart surgery versus a newer, less invasive catheter-based procedure. The research will also look at how a patient's overall strength and frailty affects their recovery and outcomes after these treatments.
