First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks back at how often and why antithrombin—a blood protein that helps prevent clots—was given to patients in intensive care or during surgery at Strasbourg University Hospitals over one year. Researchers will review records of 160 adults who received it to see if prescriptions matched guidelines. The goal is to understand current practices and improve future use.
