NCT ID NCT06096116
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests a medicine called Atenativ in 120 adults having heart surgery who do not respond well to the standard blood thinner heparin. The goal is to see if Atenativ can restore heparin's effectiveness during surgery, reducing the need for extra treatments. Participants will receive either Atenativ or a placebo, and researchers will monitor how well their blood thins during the procedure.
