NCT ID NCT07354438

Summary

This study is testing whether a diet rich in antioxidants can help prevent metabolic syndrome, a cluster of conditions like high blood pressure and high blood sugar that increase heart disease and diabetes risk. Researchers will work with 55 adults in Pakistan who are at risk for developing these problems. They will provide a dietary plan focused on increasing antioxidant intake and measure changes in health markers over time.
