Summary
This study is for women aged 18-40 who have trouble getting pregnant and may have chronic endometritis, a long-term inflammation of the uterus lining that often has no symptoms. Researchers will check how common this condition is, treat it with antibiotics, and then follow participants for up to a year to see if fertility and pregnancy outcomes improve. The goal is to find better ways to diagnose and treat this hidden cause of infertility.
