Special stitches aim to speed wisdom tooth healing

Summary
This study is testing whether antibacterial-coated stitches help people heal better after wisdom tooth removal. Adults aged 18-35 who need both lower wisdom teeth removed will receive the special stitches on one side and regular stitches on the other. Researchers will compare healing, pain, swelling, and bacteria levels on the stitches over the first week after surgery.
