NCT ID NCT07386366
Summary
This study is testing if stitches coated with an antibacterial agent help gums heal better and have fewer bacteria after lower wisdom tooth removal. Adults aged 18-35 who need both lower wisdom teeth removed will get the special stitches on one side and regular stitches on the other for comparison. Researchers will check healing and test the stitches for bacteria several days after each surgery.
