Summary
This study looks at whether adding extra ingredients to a standard root canal medicine can kill more bacteria in infected teeth. The trial will involve 45 adults with a tooth infection called apical periodontitis. Researchers will compare calcium hydroxide used alone versus combined with iodoform or a steroid to see which works best.
