First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using a blood test (anti-Xa) to guide the dose of the blood thinner enoxaparin works better than standard weight-based dosing for burn patients. About 25 adults with serious burns will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this approach reduces dangerous blood clots and bleeding.
