Summary

This study follows 1875 people who had an ischemic stroke (a clot-caused stroke) and are taking blood thinners to prevent another one. Researchers use MRI scans to see if these drugs cause tiny brain bleeds or larger ones. The goal is to find out who is at higher risk, so doctors can choose safer treatments.
