Summary
This study looked at whether a culturally-tailored anti-inflammatory diet is practical and well-liked by racial/ethnic minorities with chronic kidney disease. 18 adults from the Bronx took part. Researchers measured diet changes and asked participants if they liked the diet. The goal was to see if this approach could be used in larger studies.
