NCT ID NCT05627128

Summary

This study is testing whether a special anti-inflammatory diet, adapted to include traditional Puerto Rican foods, can help people with Crohn's disease feel better. 150 participants will either follow this new diet for 10 weeks or continue their usual eating habits. Researchers will check if the diet improves quality of life, reduces gut inflammation, and changes the mix of bacteria in the digestive system.
