Summary

This study looks at whether blood thinners (anticoagulants) help people who develop a blood clot in the heart after a major heart attack. About 320 participants will be followed to see if the treatment reduces strokes and other clots, and how quickly the clot dissolves. The goal is to find the best way to manage this serious complication.
