Summary

This study looks at whether blood thinners can help people who develop a blood clot in the heart after a major heart attack. The goal is to see if these medications reduce the risk of stroke and other serious events. About 320 adults who recently had a heart attack and have a heart clot will take part. Researchers will monitor them over time to compare outcomes.
