Summary
This study tests a treatment called CAR T-cell therapy for people with advanced B-cell leukemias or lymphomas that haven't responded to standard drugs. Participants' own immune cells are collected, modified to recognize and attack cancer cells, and then returned to the body. The goal is to control the disease, though ongoing management may still be needed.
