This study looks at the best way to give extra protein and energy supplements to pregnant women in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. About 6,750 women will be assigned to different supplement strategies to see which approach works best for preventing problems like low birth weight, preterm birth, and stillbirth. The goal is to find a cost-effective method that improves health for both mothers and babies.
