New painkiller may offer safer relief after eye surgery

Summary
This study tests whether a drug called Anrikefon can control pain after eye surgery as well as the standard painkiller nalbuphine, but with fewer side effects like drowsiness or dizziness. About 204 adults having eye surgery under general anesthesia will receive either Anrikefon or nalbuphine during their procedure. Researchers will measure pain levels, side effects, and how quickly patients recover and go home.
