Summary

This study looks at whether a hands-on technique called posterior talar glide mobilization can immediately improve ankle flexibility and walking speed. Sixty healthy adults aged 18 to 45 will receive either the real treatment or a sham version. The goal is to see if this simple approach can help people with stiff ankles move better.
