Summary

This study looks at whether a gentle, hands-on technique called posterior talar glide can improve ankle flexibility and walking speed in healthy adults aged 18 to 45. Sixty participants will receive either the real technique or a fake (sham) version to see if it truly helps. The goal is to find a simple way to improve ankle motion and walking without drugs or surgery.
