Summary

This study compares two surgical methods for fixing a broken ankle bone (lateral malleolus). About 52 adults with specific ankle fractures will receive either a plate and screws or a single screw placed inside the bone. The goal is to see which approach leads to faster healing, better function, and fewer complications.
