Summary
This study looked at two ways to help older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) walk better. First, it tested if a targeted ankle resistance training program could improve walking performance. Second, it evaluated if wearable devices that assist the ankle, knee, or hip could make walking easier. Nine people aged 65 to 85 took part in this early-phase trial.
