This early-phase study tested whether wearable devices that assist or resist ankle movement can improve walking in older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). Nine participants aged 65-85 completed walking tests before and after training. The goal was to see if targeted ankle exercises or joint support could make walking easier and more efficient.
