Summary

This study watches how body fat and muscle affect the way anesthetic drugs work in overweight and obese patients. Researchers will measure body composition and drug levels in 2,100 adults during surgery. The goal is to understand why heavier patients may have more complications, not to test a new treatment.

This is an AI summary of the original study and may miss details. Read our disclaimer.
