Summary

This study aims to understand how different types of anesthesia affect muscle loss in patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery. Researchers will compare two common anesthesia methods to see if one better preserves muscle mass and strength. The study will observe 40 adult patients, measuring their muscles with ultrasound and strength tests before and after surgery.
