Summary
This study aims to find the safest mix of two common anesthesia drugs, propofol and etomidate, for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures. Researchers are comparing two different ratios of these drugs in 200 high-risk adult patients to see which provides more stable blood pressure and breathing with fewer side effects like nausea. The goal is to provide clearer guidance for safer sedation during these common procedures.
