Summary
This study aims to understand whether general anesthesia given to young children during scoliosis surgery has any long-term effects on their brain development and behavior. Researchers will assess 150 children aged 6-16 who had congenital scoliosis and underwent surgery. The study will measure intelligence, reasoning, and behavioral outcomes to provide clearer guidance for future medical care.
