Summary
This study looks at whether the way a stapler is placed during colorectal surgery affects bleeding where the bowel is reconnected. About 102 adults having surgery for colon cancer or diverticulitis will take part. Doctors will check for bleeding during and after surgery to see if the stapler's position matters.
