Summary

This study tested a drug called anamorelin to see if it could help prevent weight loss and improve appetite in people with advanced pancreatic cancer who were starting chemotherapy. The trial planned to enroll about 100 participants but was stopped early with only 4 people taking part. The goal was to measure weight change and appetite symptoms over 25 weeks.
