Summary
This study tests whether the drug anakinra can prevent or reverse severe side effects from CAR-T cell therapy, a treatment for certain blood cancers. About 62 adults with relapsed B-cell cancers will receive anakinra alongside their CAR-T treatment. The goal is to reduce serious neurological problems and cytokine release syndrome, common and dangerous complications of CAR-T therapy.
