Summary
This study tests a new drug called AMT-676 combined with standard chemotherapy and targeted therapy for people with advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and effective at shrinking tumors or slowing cancer growth. About 180 participants will take part in this open-label, multi-center trial.
