Summary
This study tests a new drug called AMT-676 combined with standard chemotherapy drugs in 180 people with advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the cancer. Participants will receive the treatment and be monitored for side effects and how long the cancer stays stable.
