Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called AMPK Charge+® can help control blood sugar in adults with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes, either alone or combined with the drug semaglutide. About 90 participants will take the supplement daily, with some also receiving semaglutide injections. Researchers will measure changes in fasting blood sugar, insulin, and HbA1c over 84 days to see which approach works better.
