Summary
This study tested a new treatment for people with progressive multiple sclerosis (MS), a form of the disease that causes worsening disability. The treatment involved injecting stem cells from amniotic fluid into the spinal fluid over a year. The goal was to see if it was safe and could improve walking and other functions. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
