Summary
This study looks at whether placing a product called Amnioeffect on the surgical wound during thyroid or parathyroid surgery helps the scar look better, reduces pain, and improves swallowing compared to standard care. About 334 adults having neck surgery will take part. The goal is to see if this simple addition can improve recovery and quality of life.
