Summary
This study looks at whether placing a product called Amnioeffect on the surgical wound during thyroid or parathyroid surgery improves scar appearance, reduces pain, and helps with swallowing compared to standard care. About 334 adults having neck surgery will take part. The goal is to see if this treatment leads to better healing and quality of life.
