New hope for surgery patients: drug may stop post-op nausea

Summary
This study looks at whether the drug amisulpride can prevent nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. About 526 patients will take part. The main goal is to see how many patients have no vomiting and don't need extra anti-nausea medicine within 24 hours after surgery.
