Common drug tested as potential shield against debilitating migraine aura

Summary
This study is testing whether amiloride, a drug that blocks certain brain channels, can help prevent migraine aura attacks. It will involve 40 people in France who experience frequent migraine aura. Participants will try both amiloride and a placebo pill in a random order to see which one better reduces their aura episodes.
