Summary
This study tested whether amifampridine can relieve the temporary voice weakness and breathiness that often occurs after Botox injections for spasmodic dysphonia (a voice disorder). 18 adults who regularly get Botox for their condition took part. The goal was to see if the drug could improve voice symptoms during the first few weeks after injection.
