First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called AMG 119 for adults with small cell lung cancer that has returned or not responded to standard chemotherapy. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR T cells) to attack the cancer. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing if it shrinks tumors or helps people live longer.
