First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called AMB-05X in 15 people with colorectal cancer who have completed curative treatment but still have traces of cancer DNA in their blood (ctDNA positive) with no visible tumors on scans. The goal is to see if the drug can safely eliminate these hidden cancer cells and prevent the cancer from coming back. Participants will receive the drug and be monitored for side effects and changes in their ctDNA levels.
