New drug targets hidden cancer cells in colorectal patients

Summary

This study tests a drug called AMB-05X in 15 people with colorectal cancer who have completed curative treatment but still have traces of cancer DNA in their blood (ctDNA-positive) with no visible tumors on scans. The goal is to see if the drug can safely control or eliminate these hidden cancer cells. Participants must have finished all standard therapies and have no detectable disease on imaging.
