Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called AM-928, given as an IV infusion, in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can help control tumor growth. About 38 adults will take part, receiving the drug in cycles until their disease gets worse or side effects become too severe.
