Summary
This study tests three new radioactive dyes (tracers) for PET scans to see how well they detect tau protein buildup in the brains of people with Alzheimer's disease compared to healthy older adults. About 38 participants will receive up to three different scans to find which tracer gives the clearest images with the least false signals. The goal is to improve diagnosis and understanding of Alzheimer's, not to treat the disease.
