Scientists hunt for Alzheimer's warning signs in blood before memory fades
NCT ID NCT07353502
Summary
This study aims to understand early brain changes in Alzheimer's disease by looking for specific markers in blood and spinal fluid. Researchers will compare 40 people with early Alzheimer's to healthy volunteers to see if these markers relate to memory problems and brain shrinkage. The goal is to find better ways to detect Alzheimer's earlier, when treatments might be more effective.
